La Ville Josse is a splendid and spacious Breton farmhouse surrounded by fields and woodlands, an ideal family holiday home.
Lying just back from the D2 road to Dinan, it is situated north of the attractive town of Evran with its shops, bakery and picturesque Ille et Rance canal offering towpaths which are ideal for walking and cycling.
Accommodation
Newly renovated, the farmhouse features comfortable country style furnishings and rooms with old beams, old fireplaces and woodburning stoves.
Downstairs is a living room with satellite TV and video, a dining room, a kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet while upstairs there is a double bedroom, two twin rooms and a single bedroom. A travel cot can also be provided.
Outside, where there is parking for two cars, is a gated courtyard and a pretty enclosed garden with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Linen and towels can be provided on request for a small extra charge.
