This simple but comfortable cottage is a golfer’s dream. Located close to the challenging 9th hole of the St. Malo/Le Tronchet golf course, visitors can virtually step out of the door and tee off and it’s just a short walk to the clubhouse.
The challenging 27-hole course is the biggest in Brittany but for those who prefer fishing there is a beautiful fishing lake by the 7th fairway. If neither sport takes your fancy, Le Tronchet is ideally situated for sightseeing in Brittany and Normandy and Le Tronchet village is nearby with a bakery and tabac.
To the front of the house there is a patio with small garden and to the rear a large communal lawn bordered by shrubs. There is ample parking around the property.

Accommodation
The property is centrally heated throughout and has a double and a twin bedroom upstairs, both with scenic views.
On the ground floor is a kitchen with microwave, electric hob, washing machine and fridge, a shower room with separate toilet and a cosy lounge with TV and CD/tape player.
Linen and towels can be provided on request for a small extra charge.
