This charming detached stone cottage is situated in a quiet hamlet just 10 miles south of the medieval town of Dinan, 4 miles from the picturesque village of St Juvat and less than an hour's drive from the ferry port of St. Malo.
For golfers there are three excellent courses nearby; St Malo/Le Tronchet, Les Ormes and Dinard. The cobbled streets and medieval architecture of Dinan are also just minutes away. Offering excellent restaurants and shops, Dinan is a perfect place to wander and soak up the friendly Breton atmosphere.
The spectacular Fete des Remparts carnival takes place over a July weekend every other year.
There is a large garden to relax in with a grade A trout stream and wood, a working well and barbecue and parking for two cars at the front of the cottage.
Accommodation
The cottage is centrally heated throughout. It offers satellite TV, video recorder and music centre in its cosy lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, including calor gas cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave.
The bath/shower room and utility room are located on the ground floor while four visitors can be comfortably accommodated in the two wood-beamed double bedrooms upstairs.
Linen and towels can be provided on request for a small extra charge.
